ermm.. i just went through the interview from tele dynamics company…

just to briefly introduce that company….

this is a local company that with japanese culture.. because the CEO is japanese..

and tele dynamics is the only authorized toshiba company in malaysia…

basically, this company like Tunku Abdul Rahman students…  because they search these words in jobstreet….

and they viewed my resume there (i know because i can track who is viewed my resume)

btw, then they called me up second day… i am surprised to been called up…

therefore, i go for their interview… then i dont mind have a try/practice my interview skill… haha…

this interview got 3 sections…

1st interviewer is assistant service manager from TS-IE…

we were talking a lot during this section… about 1 and a half hours…

everything go smooth and perfectly…

he never discuss about my salary.. because he not in charge of that…

after he finish his job, he called the second interviewer come…

which is his boss… i think is head of department….

the he came, the ask me to introduce myself…

after that, he start to give me pressure and talk about my salary…

He was trying to say, i do not deserve to get this salary…

ofcause, i try to negotiate back him… unfortunately, i lose to him…

then i bagging for my Average expected salary…

after few days,

the hr ppl called me.. ask me go their company again… (she waked me up, i cant even hear what her name clearly… but luckily i can hear the appointment date and time clearly)

when i went to there again… the HR girl introduce herself to me… (but i didnt hear clearly again… cuz she too leng lui… my full attention only focus on her angel face only…. hahaha!!!)

after that, we start discuss about my agreement/contract… because i need to be bonded for 1 year if i join in their company… they very serious in taking new staff… unfortunately, their offer for my salary is my lowest expected salary… is not high enough to let them to bond me..

therefore, i tell them about this… and try to negotiate again… in the end, assistant manager come in talk to me Again!! (dont really like his attitude at the beginning.. saying what pasar malam here pasar malam there.. not to negotiate like that… )

then he started notice his attitude is not right… and start to convince me to join… (i can see, they really appreciate me)

the assistant service manager say, if add all the allowances and millage, can go up to 3K plus plus… and saying if i go KL each time can claim about 40KM… haha.. (ya, 3k ++ very attractive, but i need to pump oil and car maintenance leh.. not need money?? i think after deduced, only left 2.8 or 3k only)

btw, he know he cant decide my basic salary.. so the department head came in… he talk to me… and straight away raise 100 for me…

but still under my average expectation salary!!! therefore, i didnt sign for that contract … i feel uncomfortable after negotiate with them… our relation will start with a black dot..

haiz… then i told them, i will consider this 1st… wont sign on the spot…

ps: the assistant service engineer really pissed off me… haha.. i can feel it..

anyway, happy chinese year!!!! have a blast one for this dragon year~~~ (decided to go SG already )
